Common questions
Where do the texts come from?
The texts are from 青空文庫, a volunteer library of Japanese literature. These works are public domain in Japan and were digitized by volunteers.
Why is the vocabulary estimate lower than I expected?
The estimate is based on activity recorded by the app and changes over time. It does not measure everything you know. You can adjust or turn it off in Settings.
Does it need an internet connection?
The library and dictionary work offline. Opening external support or licence links may use an internet connection.
Can I add my own texts?
The app currently supports its included library. Importing your own texts is not available. You can send suggestions for future updates by email.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings → Language to choose English or Japanese. By default, the interface follows your device language, using English when that language is not supported.

Please describe what happened and the steps that led to the problem. Include a screenshot if it helps, and remove personal information you do not want to share. See the privacy policy for how support messages are handled.
