JellyBlobs: Eat the World — Support
JellyBlobs: Eat the World is an arcade game for iPhone about a very hungry box of jelly loose in a toy town. It is free to download, with optional packs of gummies to buy. There are no ads and no account, and the whole game works offline. It needs iOS 18 or later.
Getting help
Write to info@ludofax.com. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, the game’s version (shown in Settings) and the level where it happened. A screenshot helps too.
Common questions
How do I play?
Drag anywhere on the screen and your jelly runs that way. Run into anything smaller than you to eat it and grow. Each level has a few goals, shown on the level card and at the top of the screen: reach them before the clock runs out to win. Watch out for rival jellies bigger than you.
I bought gummies, but they did not arrive
Close the game completely and open it again while your iPhone is online. The game picks up the finished purchase from the App Store and adds the gummies then. If they still do not appear, email us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or report a problem with your purchase.
I deleted the game and lost my progress
Your progress lives on your iPhone only. Deleting the app deletes it, and that includes gummies and boosters bought with money. They are used up as you play, so Apple’s “Restore Purchases” cannot bring them back, and we have no copy to restore them from. If your iPhone was backed up to iCloud or a computer before you deleted the app, restoring that backup brings the game’s data back with it.
I can’t hear anything
The game follows your iPhone’s Ring/Silent switch, so it stays quiet when the phone is on silent. Sound, music and haptics can each be turned on or off in Settings. If the sound stops after a call or another app, leave the game and come back to it.
How do I start over?
Open Settings (the cog on the title screen), tap Start over, then tap it once more to confirm. This clears your levels, stars, jellies, hats, glazes, boosters and earned gummies, and cannot be undone. Gummies you bought are kept (as many as you still had), and so are your sound, music and haptics settings.
Can I stop my child from buying gummies?
Yes. Apple’s Screen Time can turn off in-app purchases, and Ask to Buy sends each purchase to a parent for approval.
