JellyBlobs: Eat the World — Privacy Policy

This policy covers JellyBlobs: Eat the World for iPhone, published by Ludofax AB, Sweden. The game is free to download, works entirely offline and does not require an account.

What we collect

Nothing. The game does not send your progress, activity or device data to Ludofax or anyone else. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs, and there are no accounts. Apple separately operates the App Store and may provide developers with sales reports, analytics or diagnostics under Apple’s policies and your device settings.

In-app purchases

The game offers optional packs of gummies, the in-game currency. They are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment, and Ludofax never sees your name, card or other payment details. The game checks each purchase on your iPhone and adds the gummies there. Nothing about the purchase is sent to Ludofax: we have no servers for the game.

Network use

The game itself makes no network requests. Everything it needs is bundled inside the app. When you buy gummies, Apple’s own purchase sheet talks to the App Store, as it does for any app. If you tap a link to ludofax.com or the App Store, it opens in Safari, and that website’s own privacy policy applies to the visit.

What is stored on your device

The game saves your level progress, stars, gummies, boosters, the jellies, hats and glazes you have unlocked, and your settings (sound, music and haptics) in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. Settings → Start over clears your progress, boosters and earned gummies (gummies you bought are kept), and deleting the app removes everything it stored.

That includes gummies and boosters bought with money. They are consumable purchases that live only on your iPhone, so Apple’s “Restore Purchases” cannot bring them back after the app is deleted, and Ludofax has no copy to restore them from. Depending on your settings, app data may be included in iCloud or computer backups. Ludofax does not operate a cloud backup or sync service for the game.

Permissions

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, location or contacts, and does not show a tracking prompt or ask permission to track you.

Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it only to answer you and troubleshoot your request. You can ask us to delete that correspondence; information may need to be retained where required by law.

Children

JellyBlobs: Eat the World is suitable for all ages. It collects nothing from anyone, children included. Purchases can be switched off or approved by a parent with Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy. If a child contacts support and shares personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to have it deleted.

Third-party content

The game bundles open-source software, the Fredoka typeface, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and recorded instrument samples from Versilian Studios, released under CC0 1.0. Their notices are listed in the game: open Settings and tap “open-source licences”.

Changes

If the game’s privacy practices change, this page will be updated before the affected version ships and the date below will change.
