Sushi Bushi is a portrait puzzle game for iOS about arranging sushi trays and delivering complete bento boxes.

Getting help

Write to info@ludofax.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Sushi Bushi version and the level where the problem occurred. A screenshot is useful, but never send a password or purchase receipt.

Common questions

Can I play offline?

The core puzzle and downloaded app assets work offline. Account sync, purchases, restoring purchases, advertising and remote configuration need a network connection. If those services are unavailable, the game falls back to its local configuration.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Shop and use Restore Purchases. Restoring can recover non-consumable entitlements such as Remove Ads. Consumable coin packs are delivered when purchased and are not restored as new purchases.

Why am I not seeing an ad?

Ads are requested only when the applicable consent state permits them. An ad can also be unavailable because of connectivity, inventory, age or regional restrictions, or because Remove Ads is active. A requested reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion.

Where can I change privacy choices?

Open Settings and choose Privacy Choices whenever that option is required for your region. Sushi Bushi 1.0 requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.

How do I request account or cloud-data deletion?

Email info@ludofax.com with the subject “Sushi Bushi data deletion”. If you linked Sign in with Apple, write from the associated or relay address when possible. Deleting the app removes local data, but does not by itself identify or delete the anonymous Firebase record.

Reporting a purchase problem

Do not email a full receipt. Tell us the product name, approximate purchase time and whether Apple shows the purchase as completed. Apple controls payment and refunds; Ludofax can investigate entitlement delivery.
